How do i book my castle?

How much notice do i need to give to book a castle?
There is no limit on you order time but as early as possible to ensure you get the castle you want.
How long do i get the castle for?
You pay the same daily rate if you hire for 3 hours or keep it all day.
How long does it take to set up a castle?
Approx 10 minutes from contract signing to inflation of the castle.
Is there a deposit to pay?
No, you pay the full amount by cash on delivery.
Do you accept cheques?
No, due to non payment we only accept cash on delivery of your bouncy castle.
Does the bouncy castle come with all the equipment needed?
Yes, castles come with ground sheets, stakes, blower, extention leads and crash mats.
Do i need to keep the castle plugged in?
Yes, whilst castle is in use it needs to be switched on to keep it inflated.
What happens if it starts raining?
All units are designed to be safe in the rain and some units come with built in rain covers.
Can i cancel my booking due to bad weather?
Yes, you have the option to cancel on the day with nothing to pay aslong as you cancel before the castle is delivered.
Are you insured?
Yes all our units are Public Liability insured.
What if i want to cancel my order?
If you cancel your order upto 24 hours prior to delivery there will be no charge. if made within 24 hours you will still be charged 50% for the days hire of any castles you book.
Can bouncy castles be set up on a slope?
No, however if it is only a slight slope it may be ok you will need to disscuss this prior to booking. If you are unsure we can come out and check suitability for a small fee of £10
